Job Overview:

In this role, you will work under the direction of the RN to provide care to the patients on the unit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: taking vital signs, performing EKGs, phlebotomy, assisting with bedside care such as bathing, mouth care, and skin care. Every other weekend and holiday required.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in patient care (preferred)
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• AHA BLS certification
