General Description:
The Clinical Care Manager takes a leadership role when it comes to managing and monitoring the care of patients. The Clinical Care Manager is responsible for coordinating each student’s clinical care, creating policy and procedures for clinical care, and maintaining a positive physical clinical environment. This person will connect patients with relevant care professionals, work to educate patients on their conditions, and monitor progress. Reports to the AVP for Wellbeing Services and Resources/Dean of Students.
