This full-time, 8-hour salaried role works Monday-Friday in the Augusta office, with a comprehensive benefits package. A CMA or licensed nurse, CPR, and at least 1 year of healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a CMA or licensed nurse (LPN/RN) in good standing with the state license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Must hold and maintain current CPR certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize patient medical records in preparation for visits.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and results are accessible for the provider using Navina.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records including demographics and insurance.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy regulations, verify active consent forms.
• Reconcile medications.
• Collaborate with care team to schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Interact with patients via multiple channels to gather information and provide pre-appointment instructions.
• Document and log care management activities.
