River Valley Family Health Centers in Montrose and Delta, CO, seeks an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join as a Clinical Care Coordinator. This full-time role is 40 hours weekly, supporting a fast-paced clinical team across locations.

The position emphasizes patient care, triage, and education, with travel between clinics, a strong teamwork culture, and opportunities for professional growth. Benefits provided include health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct patient care as an MA in a clinical care setting or ambulatory care setting.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required.
• I.V. Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clinical procedures (vitals, CLIA waived tests, patient history, exam assistance).
• Medical triage and routing to provider when needed.
• Provide health-related education to clients and families.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, families, and community.
• Travel to clinic locations as needed.
