Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral health OR a combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 1 year experience working with the SMI population with additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse
- 1 year experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities.
- Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with 39 month clear MVR
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
- CPR/First Aid
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)

A Community Bridges Inc.
