Physician Affiliate Group of NY is seeking a Patient Care Associate to assist medical staff in providing care within the NYC jail system. The role involves facilitating Telehealth, administering personal hygiene, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient interactions. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma, BCLS certification, and ideally hold a PCA certification. Formación

• Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• BCLS Certification and computer competency required.
• HIV Pre and Post Test Counseling training/certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Telehealth encounters as needed.
• Assist with patient's personal hygiene – including skin care.
• Take and document all patient's vital signs.
• Notify MD/Nurse Staff of any changes in patient status.
