Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock exam rooms with supplies and clean between patients.
• Maintain inventory and complete requisitions to avoid shortages.
• Process billing, dictation, and patient records daily.
• Register patients and collect co-pays at check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate referrals for managed care patients.
• Open and distribute mail and prepare travel charts.
• Handle scheduling and appointment reminders.
