Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care advocacy to navigate medical systems for Marines and families.
• Coordinate cross-agency and multidisciplinary care across the recovery continuum.
• Identify needs for expedited evaluation or treatment of mental health issues.
• Assist veterans in engaging the appropriate health care system and community resources.
• Maintain and update care records to track progress and referrals.
