Job summary

Medix in Brook Park, Ohio is seeking a Clinical Cardiac Sonographer to perform transthoracic echocardiography and prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures. Qualified candidates hold RDMS or RDCS credentials, current state licensure, BLS, and have at least two years of imaging tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary reports for physician review
• Utilize ultrasound enhancing agents and perform saline contrast studies as needed
• Explain procedures clearly to members and address concerns
• Accurately enter test data and patient information into clinical systems

Salary: USD79040 - USD93000 per year

Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Cardiac Imaging, the Cardiac Sonographer is a critical member of the care team. This role is responsible for preparing patients and diagnostic equipment for imaging procedures and performing full transthoracic echocardiography procedures.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Will float betweenfour locations in Cleveland,OH
