The ideal candidate holds a BSN with at least 3 years in acute care nursing, demonstrates strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques.
• Knowledge of state and agency laws and regulations governing professional nursing practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient flow to ensure timely bed placement.
• Monitor bed availability and expedite patient transfers between units.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers, physicians, and administrators.
• Educate staff on discharge processes and bed management.
• Maintain compliance with nursing regulations and professional standards.
• Demonstrate problem-solving in a fast-paced hospital setting.
