Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training) to lead BI teams, shape dashboards and data models, and ensure high data quality for AI training projects. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible 10–40 hours per week and exposure to cutting-edge healthcare AI initiatives.

You will apply clinical analytics expertise to supervise data workflows, validate AI outputs, and deliver decision-ready insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare analytics, BI, or data management.
• Ability to design and manage BI systems including dashboards, pipelines, and data models.
• Familiarity with regulated healthcare data environments and data governance.
• Strong communication skills to translate data findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BI teams in building dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools for accuracy and performance.
• Analyze clinical and operational data to uncover trends and inform leadership decisions.
• Evaluate AI outputs for healthcare data interpretation and BI workflows to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness.
• Provide structured feedback on AI outputs related to healthcare data and analytics.
