University of Missouri-Columbia’s Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopment seeks a skilled Behavior Analyst to deliver clinic-based behavioral intervention services for children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.

You will design and implement BIPs, monitor progress with data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, applying evidence-based ABA strategies and supervising staff.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or closely related field.
• Licensed or licensure as required for position.
• At least 2 years of experience in child development.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, using data to inform treatment adjustments and optimize outcomes.
• Provide clinic-based behavioral services, with flexibility for community-based delivery when needed.
• Deliver intensive skill-building interventions, including programs targeting early developmental milestones.
• Develop and oversee behavior reduction programs for clients with severe or challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Train and supervise support staff in the application of ABA techniques, promoting high standards of care and professional growth.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including data collection, treatment plans, and progress reports.
