Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute in Missouri is seeking a Behavior Analyst (ABA) to develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children. You will conduct assessments, set measurable goals, and monitor progress to ensure effective interventions.

You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with caregivers and clinical teams, and uphold ethical documentation standards to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in ABA principles, assessment, and treatment plan development.
• Experience monitoring behavior and interpreting data to guide decisions.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and collaborate with RBTs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans based on client assessments.
