Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a Durable Medical Technician to provide clinical equipment services under management supervision. The role includes validating and inspecting clinical beds for safety and completeness, performing planned maintenance, calibrations, and repairs of beds and stretchers.

You will adhere to core values, maintain accurate records, and support customer relationships while traveling as required and staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Complex computer skills including the ability to interpret error codes, replace power supplies, and interpret computer codes required.
• Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Service: perform inspections, repair, install, and calibrate clinical beds and stretchers; inform supervisors of repair status and customer concerns; support BMETs and participate in special projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: maintain equipment database and PA schedules; adhere to MEMP and regulatory policies; ensure complete and accurate service and documentation.
• Account Relationship Management: build and maintain customer relationships; discuss equipment status with customers; represent TRIMEDX values.
• Inventory: inspect inventory status; verify security analysis for new beds/stretchers; maintain inventory records and service history.
