Job summary

MACT Health Board, Inc. is seeking an experienced Back Office Manager to supervise back office staff and support nursing care across sites. The role requires supervision, training and ensuring staff operate within their licensed scope.

Qualified candidates include California RNs with management experience, LVNs or CMAs with leadership backgrounds. CPR and BLS/ALS are required, with travel to multiple sites and E-Verify/I-9 compliance.

Qualifications

• Current California RN with 1 year clinical management experience
• Current California LVN with 2 years clinical management experience
• Current California CMA with 5 years clinical management experience
• CPR certification
• Ability to travel to all sites
• BLS/ALS certificate
• Valid I-9 form with E Verify
• Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance driving eligibility

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, training and competency assessment of the medical support staff
• Provide leadership to medical support staff to ensure scope of practice compliance
• Assist with patient care in the absence of full staffing
• Perform basic lab tests as outlined in the Laboratory Services Manual
• Oversee back office operations and coordinate with front office
• Ensure referrals and scheduling are managed timely
• Maintain EHR training completion and system navigation
