Qualifications

  • Valid Audiology Licensure in the state of application or ability to obtain it.
  • Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (for Specialists) or ability to obtain it.
  • At least 1 year of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids (for Specialists).

We are looking for a passionate, highly capable audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to join our team in Memphis, TN.

You Will:

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Implement treatment plans through counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit appropriate hearing devices based on patient needs
  • Assist with clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of the office
  • Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories following Integrity Selling protocol
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills, enjoying great autonomy

Requirements:

For Audiologists:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
  • Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state of application OR ability to obtain one within 6 months of the offer date

For Hearing Instrument Specialists:

  • Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state of application OR ability to obtain one within 6 months of the offer date
  • High school diploma required; college degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

  • Full-time, on-site position, Monday-Thursday business hours, half-day Friday
  • Salary: $60,000 - $130,000 per year (including bonuses and commissions)
