Clinical Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Specialist

Full Time Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Specialist at American Hearing + Audiology! Half day Fridays!

We are looking for a passionate, highly capable audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to join our team in Memphis, TN!


You Will:

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Execute a treatment plan through counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office
  • Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Integrity Selling protocol
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills; this role will have great autonomy

You will need:

For Audiologists

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
  • Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state in which you're applying OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date

For Hearing Instrument Specialists

  • Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state you're applying OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
  • High school diploma required; college degree in a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
