Full Time Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Specialist at American Hearing + Audiology! Half day Fridays!

We are looking for a passionate, highly capable audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to join our team in Memphis, TN!
You Will:
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Execute a treatment plan through counseling and education
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc
- Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office
- Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Integrity Selling protocol
- An entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills; this role will have great autonomy
You will need:
For Audiologists
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
- Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state in which you're applying OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
For Hearing Instrument Specialists
- Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state you're applying OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
- High school diploma required; college degree in a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required

- Job type: Full-time, on-site, M-TH business hours, F half day!
- Pay: $60,000-$130,000 per year (including bonuses and commissions)
