Job summary

The William & Mary School of Education invites applications for a twelve-month, campus-based clinical position in K-12 Educational Leadership, which will begin in August 2027. We seek an energetic, committed colleague who will contribute to and expand a culture committed to excellence in teaching and learning at the School of Education through innovative teaching, course design, and support of students.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in educational leadership with emphasis in K-12 leadership.
• Track record of integrating educational theory with executive practice and using empirical evidence for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses in Educational Leadership for the Certificate, M.Ed., and Ed.D. programs (including International School Leadership).
• Support EPPL Ed.D. programs by directing dissertations and serving on doctoral committees.
• Support marketing and recruitment for Ed.D. programs, including the International School Leadership concentration.
• Contribute to School of Education and EPPL governance and outreach, and develop partnerships with K-12 and educational organizations.
