Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• CNA, nursing student or CATP: one of the options.
• Three months of clinical care experience.
• Must read/write English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Repositioning and ambulating patients.
• Making occupied and unoccupied beds.
• Transport patients, beds, supplies and equipment.
• Collect, label and transport specimens.
• Retrieve and sign out blood products.
• Accurately perform point of care testing.
• Obtain vital signs and weights.
• Maintain intake and output measurements.
• Remove Foley catheters and saline locks.
