Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in Stamford, CT is hiring a Clinical Associate I to support children through play, movement and learning. You’ll build warm relationships with children and families while staying active during therapy sessions and helping maintain a welcoming clinic.

You’ll train for RBT certification, complete the 40-hour RBT training, and collaborate with experienced clinicians. A Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred, with opportunities to grow into a clinician.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree or current enrollment preferred.
  • Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training preferred; paid training to become an RBT is provided.

  • Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
  • Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.

As a Clinical Associate I, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands-on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including:

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
  • Other play-based, developmental approaches

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In This Role, You Will:
  • Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities
