Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Clinical Associate to manage an assigned caseload and oversee development, training, implementation, and monitoring of support systems, including PBIS and behavior plans for supported individuals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong interpersonal skills, and a current driver’s license; located in Leominster, MA, with typical hours, and a comprehensive benefits package supported by Aspire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to manage caseload systems.
• Satisfactory background checks required.
• Enrolled in coursework toward clinical licensure in a relevant field.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload with daily oversight and coordination.
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans and PBIS for individuals served.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet regulatory and best practice standards.
• Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with service provision cycles.
