IVIRMA is seeking a Clinical Assistant Team Lead in Waltham, MA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Salary range is $24.00–$28.50 hourly.

The Lead oversees clinical assistants, trains staff, and coordinates staffing across 8 centers in the MA region while maintaining OSHA standards and collaborating with management and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a multi-physician practice (three or more physicians).
• Experience in women's health or reproductive endocrinology is preferred.
• Previous team lead or supervisor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is required.

Responsabilités

• Manages clinical supplies inventory across all offices.
• Tracks phlebotomy supplies and ordering/inventory.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.

Salary Range: $24.00 To $28.50 Hourly

Boston IVF is currently seeking a ClinicalAssistant Team Lead to join our Waltham practice. This position is a full-time position Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm, subject to change with patient volume and coverage. Rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Purpose:

The Lead Clinical Assistant oversees clinical employees in their assigned office. This position works collaboratively with Clinical Management Team to ensure offices are adequately staffed and trained to provide excellent patient care. This position provides training to new staff and continuing education to all clinical staff.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

• Trains, evaluates, and coaches employees.
• Oversees clinical staff schedules, assignments, and break times.
• Oversees maintenance of clinical supplies inventory in all assigned offices.
• Oversees clinical and phlebotomy supplies/ordering/inventory tracking.
• Maintains a Safe and Clean work environment.
• Collaborates with outside vendors to track/resolve errors and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Educates clinical staff on all clinical standard of practice policies and work instructions.
• Maintains OSHA safety standards in office. Elevates deficiencies to Clinical Management Team.
• Effectively communicates with staff to resolve employee conflicts, complaints. Elevates to Clinical Manager/Human Resources as needed.
• Responsible for owning the weekly and daily MA schedule, managing call-outs, and overseeing staffing for the MA department across all 8 centers.

Academic Training:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) - required
• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program - preferred
• Studies area: Medical Assistant program
• Phlebotomy State certification required
• Studies area:Phlebotomy Program

Position Requirements/Experience:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a multi-physician practice (three or more physicians) with proven work experience in both clinical and administrative areas -preferred
• Previous experience in women's health or reproductive endocrinology and infertility – preferred
• Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience – preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology - required

Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• EMR experience - required
• Experience assisting in office procedure and office machines (i.e., computer, fax, copier, etc.).
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
