• Assist with development and growth of transplant program.
• Provide call coverage (7 days/month) including one weekend.
• Lead clinical rounds and coordinate care for transplant inpatients and outpatients.
• Lead surgery meetings and transplant clinic discussions.
• Establish processes to enhance patient care.
• Assist with outreach and multidisciplinary team building.
• Develop quality standards and evaluate procedural outcomes.
