Urology Associates, P.C. in Franklin, TN is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join the Care Team. The non-exempt role supports the Provider and Care Coordinator to deliver an efficient, high quality patient experience.

Responsibilities include patient check-in, blood draws, vitals, rooming, assisting with procedures and pelvic exams, triage calls, and maintaining supplies. Certification (CNA/CMA/RMA/LPN) and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• CNA/CMA/RMA/LPN certification required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input new patient information and update existing records as patients arrive.
• Perform blood draws and injections.
• Maintain clinic flow.
• Room patients, take vitals, and update EHR.
• Assist Provider with procedures and pelvic exams.
• Call in medication refills.
• Answer and return patient calls (triage, post-op, general questions).
• Count and log in-office medications.
• Clean/autoclave equipment, cystoscopes, rooms and work spaces.
• Order and unpack supplies for clinical needs.
• Set up clinic space for use.
• Stock patient rooms and restrooms with needed supplies.
