Medici is seeking a part-time Clinical Assistant / Medical Assistant at our Austin clinic to support the Executive Health Exam experience alongside our RN and physician. This role emphasizes patient care, efficient workflows, and a polished, welcoming environment for every patient.
Ideal candidates are current healthcare students or Medical Assistant program graduates, with CMA/RMA certification as a plus, and strong communication skills. Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–2:30 PM CT.

About the Role:
The Clinical Assistant / Medical Assistant plays an important role in delivering Medici’s Executive Health Exam experience. Working alongside our Registered Nurse and Physician, this individual supports patient care, diagnostic workflows, patient flow, and day-to-day clinical operations while helping create a polished, welcoming, and efficient experience for every patient.
This is a part-time position working 28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM CT at our Austin clinic.
We are open to candidates at different stages of their healthcare careers, including Medical Assistants and college students pursuing healthcare-related degrees who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in a clinical environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, eager to learn, and passionate about patient care, preventive medicine, and healthcare.
