Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team. This in-person role supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and contributes to smooth patient experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, preparing patients for exams, and performing basic clinical duties. Occasional travel to satellite clinics may be required to expand experience and support multiple providers.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program OR current certification/licensure (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) in Minnesota.

Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team. This in-person role offers the opportunity to support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while making a positive impact on patients' daily experiences.

The starting hourly pay ranges from $24.80 to $31.00, based on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); life insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; paid time off; short- and long-term disability; and a uniform stipend.

Position Overview
