Essentia Health seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide direct patient care in ambulatory and/or home care settings, assisting physicians and care teams. You will handle procedures within demonstrated competencies and care for a wide age range from newborns to the elderly.
ND/ MN licensure support is noted; the role may involve shift rotation with day hours and possible remote/hybrid options, under Essentia Health standards.

Assists RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care in the ambulatory and/or home care setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health. Will perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated. Cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category. Education Qualifications: Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Valid state license to practice practical nursing. Basic Cardiac Life Support MN LPN License required within 3 months of hire.
