Essentia Health in Graceville, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the ambulatory and home care teams. You will assist RNs, physicians and other providers and deliver direct patient care to diverse ages, from newborns to the elderly, in line with Essentia's mission to make a healthy difference.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice practical nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
