OakLeaf Clinics - Dermatology in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. You will room patients, take vital signs, assist with medication reconciliation and injections, coordinate appointments, and support clinicians in daily practice.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with BLS certification, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach to care in a busy

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
Prior Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing or medical assistant care under supervision for clinic patients.
Gather patient information and document accordingly.
Assist with office procedures and equipment preparation for treatment.
Schedule follow-up appointments and instruct patients by phone as directed.
Greet patients and prepare them for clinician examination; maintain patient flow.
Adhere to safety and clinical standards; participate in vaccine administration trainings.
