Job summary

Riverwood Center in Southwest Michigan is seeking a dedicated clerk to support the ACT Team. You will handle scheduling, phone coverage, and document preparation to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a High School diploma, strong computer and communication skills, and reliable transportation for community outings. The position offers flexible schedules and on-site work with ample administrative support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with adults or children with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for community outings.
• Punctual and able to work with a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support to the ACT Team
• Central point of communication, coordinates schedules, answers phone and schedules appointments
• Develops, edits, and creates documents using mail merge, spreadsheets, and database programs as necessary
• Maintains, processes, and distributes all team specific reports
• Assists consumers/staff in the community

We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.
