Job summary

Gainesville GME Clinic is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our team in Gainesville, FL. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday during daytime hours, with no nights, weekends, on-call duties, or holidays. You will greet patients, support clinical staff with non-clinical tasks, schedule appointments, and handle phones.

You will verify insurance and demographics and collect copays and balances. You will also prepare exam rooms, assist with instrument sterilization as trained, and file patient
