• Master’s Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling with licensure or board certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical services (individual, family, group) and coordinate with referral sources.
• Conduct ASAM assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and treatment team.
• Coordinate admission planning with hospitals, emergency departments, and community partners.
• Maintain compliant documentation and participate in on-call rotations.
