Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Clinical Assessment Specialist I to evaluate clinical appropriateness, level of care, and service line for treatment. You will conduct thorough assessments by phone and provide compassionate, educational recommendations.

Requirements include a graduate degree in mental health and an active license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LCPC). This role offers a hybrid schedule with remote work and on-site Denver office attendance.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field.
• Licensed clinical licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LCPC) required or under supervision.
• Behavioral health assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with admissions and coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess level of care by phone with documented justification.
• Present program information and educate patients on treatment options.
• Coordinate admissions and referrals with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Collect and document patient information including insurance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
