Centriaautism is seeking a Clinical Apprentice for its BCBA Fieldwork Program in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time position offers paid practicum experience, mentorship, and supervision hours toward your BCBA. You'll work as a Behavior Technician or RBT and follow a structured growth path.

The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a master’s-level ABA program and possess a strong desire to transition into a BCBA role. Full benefits and opportunities for professional development are included.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in (or completion of) a master’s-level ABA program.
• Strong desire to grow into a BCBA role.
• Ability to work full-time, including availability for afternoon and early evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative environment.
• Participate in small-group and 1:1 supervision with experienced BCBAs.
• Learn clinical best practices across six core domains.
