Job summary

Cutera-Inc seeks an on-site clinical trainer to educate physicians and staff on Cutera devices in the Northeast. You will travel extensively, providing hands-on demonstrations and supporting sales and training teams. The role involves creating training materials and delivering webinars.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in aesthetic dermatology, and proven ability to train medical staff and present at seminars. RN/NP/PA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN/NP/PA or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aesthetic office dermatology.
• Experience training medical staff on similar devices is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site clinical training for Cutera devices at provider offices.
• Travel extensively (approx. 80%) including multi-day trips.
• Provide support via phone, email, and webinars to customers, reps, and trainers.
• Assist in development of training materials and train-the-trainer programs.
• Support educational events with onsite demonstrations and clinical Q&A.

Job description

Position Summary:Conduct on-site clinical training for Cutera customers to educate Physicians and Staff on Cutera devices in the Northeast territories, including NY, NJ, PA, DMV, etc. This position involves extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips.Duties & Responsibilities:Conduct on-site clinical training at Cutera provider offices on the safe and effective use of their Cutera devices.Extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips.Provide customer, sales representative, distributor and clinical trainer support via phone, email and personalized webinars.Provide clinical support to sales representatives at customer sales demos and marketing events.Assist in the development of training materials for all aspects of Cutera training needs including end users, Cutera clinical trainers, sales representatives, and distributors.Support customer educational events to provide onsite demonstrations, answer clinical questions and provide general clinical support.Assist in the delivery of the train the trainer program, conducting and presenting at training seminars.Other duties as needed or required.Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:RN, NP, PA or equivalentMinimum of 5 years’ experience working in an aesthetic office treating a variety of dermatological indications such as hair removal, vascular, photo rejuvenation, acne, tattoo removal, body contouring, etc.Minimum of 5 years’ experience treating with aesthetic lasersExperience training medical staff on similar medical devices highly preferredExperience with travel-based fieldwork highly preferredSelf-motivated and ability to work independentlyStrong written and spoken interpersonal, communication, and training skills
