Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Support Specialist to provide non-hardware support, education and training for the gGastro/gPM application to all users.

You will support clinical quality and centralized functions, onboard new users via webinars and on-site visits, configure access, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Support SpecialistDuties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Position purposeProvide non-hardware support, education and training for all users of GI Alliances gGastro/gPM application, with adherence to GI Alliance policies and the gGastro/gPM manuals.
