Job summary

Lumicell is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to drive successful implementation, training, and ongoing support of the LumiSystem across Houston-area healthcare customers. You will work closely with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows and sustained adoption. Must be able to travel up to 75% and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years as clinical specialist in medical device field OR operating room nurse.
• Startup or 0-1 growth phase experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (regional/or HQ visits).
• Strong relationships with internal/external customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead system installation and hardware setup.
• Deliver clinical training to surgeons and hospital staff.
• Provide on-site support for first cases and ongoing adoption.
• Support site onboarding and ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Sales to optimize outcomes.
• Document case notes and field service reports.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate reordering at sites.
