• Epic Application support certification required within 120 days of hire (max 3 attempts).
• 3+ years of experience in application support or IT support roles.
• Ability to travel within the UVM Health Network may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, technical support, and maintenance of software supporting clinical and business processes.
• Analyze user needs and develop solutions following standards.
• Collaborate with end-users, vendors, and internal IT staff to integrate software.
• Create and maintain training materials and user guides for the software.
