Cross Country Search in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Clinical Application Coordinator to support and optimize clinical applications while improving workflows, user adoption, and quality patient care.

You will work with NextGen EHR, EDR and PM software to train users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure HIPAA compliance across clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of Clinical Application Coordinator experience.
• Hands-on experience with NextGen EHR, EDR and PM software.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance in a clinical environment.
• Strong ability to support, train, and troubleshoot clinical application users.

Salary Range: $33.65–$40.87/hour

Shift: Full-Time
