Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas in Dallas seeks an entry level Clinical Applications Analyst I to join the HSIR team supporting mission-critical Electronic Medical Records systems for over 50 outpatient clinics and 10 inpatient units. A self-starter with minimal oversight in a complex environment is ideal.

The role emphasizes workflow support, troubleshooting, on-call after hours, and participation in releases and training, with a 9am–5pm schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related field.
• HIT certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide workflow assistance, troubleshooting and support for HSIR systems.
• Provide on-call after-hours support.
• Develop and maintain competency on pertinent applications and technologies within a timeframe.
• Participate in system maintenance by using analytics for issue resolution, enhancements, projects and upgrades with oversight.
• Follow change management procedures for any system changes.
• Assist in testing of new applications and changes to existing applications ensuring data integrity and training of users.
• Develop appropriate process/policy documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects with guidance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

This is an entry level position within the HSIR team for a self-starter with the ability to work with moderate to minimal oversight in a highly complex and dynamic work environment. Position focuses on support and optimization of mission- critical systems. We are seeking a self-reliant Clinical Applications Analyst I to support our Electronic Medical Records development team, a group of eight highly skilled analysts who provide expedient service support, impactful analysis, and quality project delivery. This role is central to advancing healthcare technology solutions that support more than 50 outpatient clinics and 10 inpatient units, spanning diverse and complex service lines such as Primary Care, General Internal Medicine, Family Medicine.

Job Duties
