Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in related mental health discipline from an accredited college or university.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in a chemical dependency and/or mental health treatment setting.
• CPR certification preferred; verbal de-escalation training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders.
• Assist with unit programming and activities of daily living.
• Support therapy through group meetings, lectures, and community activities.
• Maintain patient safety and accurate documentation in medical records.
• Communicate effectively with the treatment team and supervisors.
