Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, therapeutic environment by engaging with clients and reinforcing program expectations.
• Provide non-clinical support to clients and connect them with licensed clinicians as needed.
• Assist with scheduling reminders, logistics, and client engagement to reduce early discharges.
• Co-facilitate psychoeducational and support groups alongside licensed clinicians.
• Act as a communication link among therapists, clinical staff, and outside providers.
• Shadow clinical staff to deepen understanding of therapeutic approaches and program structure.
• Assist with scribing during sessions and maintain client documentation under supervision.
• Prepare session materials and organize client case files.
• Enter non-clinical data into the EHR system and support general administrative tasks.
