Banyan Treatment Centers of Baldwinville, MA is seeking a compassionate Clinical Aide to support clients during treatment with non-clinical tasks and group facilitation. This role sits at the intersection of clinical care and daily operations, offering growth toward therapy, patient care, or program leadership.

You will assist licensed clinicians, coordinate with team members, and help maintain documentation while fostering a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
• One or more years of experience in substance use or mental health treatment settings
• Experience working with clients at detox and/or residential levels of care
• CAP, CADC, or another addiction-related certification
• Lived experience with recovery is highly valued
