Qualifications

• PhD with 1+ years of experience OR Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience. Advanced degree in clinical/ life‑science/ computational biology preferred.
• Direct experience supporting clinical development, clinical science, clinical operations, clinical data review, or regulatory science with strong GCP and drug development knowledge.
• Experience with omics or high‑dimensional data from clinical or translational studies and translating results into development decisions.
• Depth in both clinical execution and clinical omics; genuine depth in one with credible knowledge of the other acceptable.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs, agentic AI, or workflow automation in scientific work; building or training models not required.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into useful, reusable workflows and collaborate with domain users.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value, repeat-use AI use cases across I&I clinical development and translational science and design reusable AI tools.
• Collaborate with clinical scientists, operations, biostatistics, and translational teams to define fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Coordinate with the Digital ecosystem to reuse platforms and justify build vs buy decisions.
• Apply rigorous validation, documentation, and guardrails for AI workflows using regulated data where applicable.
• Focus on clinical execution initially, then extend to omics/translational data as capabilities mature.
• Mentor collaborators to build practical AI workflows and promote responsible AI use.
