Ambience Healthcare in San Francisco is seeking a clinician-led AI specialist to advance medical documentation and AI-assisted workflows. The role blends clinical expertise with cutting-edge AI to enhance clinician productivity and reduce administrative burdens.

Willingness to work 3 days/week from the SF office is preferred. You will prototype models with clinicians, design experiments, and refine AI outputs to ensure clinical accuracy across diverse medical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with state-of-the-art models, techniques, and architectures, collaborating with clinicians and technical teams to improve user experience and functionality.
• Design experiments, success criteria, and roadmaps for novel products and features.
• Evaluate and refine AI models to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability.
• Curate and audit datasets to maintain high-quality, representative training and testing material.
• Analyze feedback and resolve issues with AI outputs, using clinical insights and analytical skills.
• Expand knowledge across medical specialties to inform the development of AI solutions tailored to diverse clinical needs.
