SCAN is seeking a Product Owner II - Clinical to define and prioritize features for a healthcare software product. You will work with stakeholders, development teams, and clinical leadership to translate priorities into valuable, deliverable capabilities.

As the voice of the customer in an Agile environment, you will maintain the product backlog, justify feature priorities, and ensure quality and user satisfaction. Remote-friendly role with strong collaboration across care teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3-5 years as Product Owner or Product Manager delivering digital products in agile healthcare environments.
• Proven experience delivering digital and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
• Experience partnering with clinical leaders to deliver technology solutions in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Define, create, and prioritize user stories and features.
• Develop milestones and schedules from large user stories.
• Establish acceptance criteria and approve stories.
• Assist product marketing with market targeting and value proposition.
• Handle complex issues with expert knowledge of the domain.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to translate priorities into AI-enabled features.
• Use data to support prioritization decisions and manage trade-offs.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data, AI, and engineering teams to deliver product capabilities.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Support SCAN's Vision and Goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
