Job summary

Latent Space is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist to join the Engineering, Product, and Data organization. This role sits within Product and is deeply embedded in product development, focusing on data generation, annotation, and evaluation to improve Latent’s AI models.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure clinical workflows are reflected in product features, while maintaining safety, regulatory, and privacy standards in pharmacy practice.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of medications, prescriptions, drug interactions, and pharmacy workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data generation, annotation, and evaluation for AI model training.
• Act as clinical SME for product and engineering feature design.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical workflows into product features.
