Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple engineering teams.
• Care about building teams and developing engineers.
• Able to make difficult performance and organizational decisions with clarity.
• Partner with Product and stakeholders outside engineering to deliver outcomes.
• Experience in domains with complex requirements or significant constraints.
• Background as a staff-level engineer before moving into management and able to discuss architecture with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product engineering teams across product areas.
• Coach Leads on technical direction, execution, communication, and team development.
• Hire engineers and provide clear expectations and regular feedback.
