Job summary

Simbie AI is seeking a technically skilled engineer to own customer deployments end-to-end, from scoping to go-live and beyond.

You will configure and deploy production AI agents, build EHR integrations across FHIR and HL7, and work closely with Onboarding & Customer Success to deliver real-world healthcare outcomes.

This role requires deep technical depth, strong communication with physicians and ops directors, and a passion for transforming patient care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with a track record of shipping production code.
• Proficiency in Python; comfortable with modern stacks.
• Experience with APIs and third‑party integrations across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication to explain a gnarly integration issue to a physician or an ops director.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end-to-end from scoping to go‑live.
• Configure and deploy production AI agents tailored to each customer.
• Build EHR integrations across FHIR and HL7 interfaces.
• Debug live integration issues and optimize performance with real‑world data.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to shape platform requirements.
