Job summary

DOSE is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer to lead clinical validation for our AI-powered ADHD crisis intervention platform. DOSE is Looking for a Chief Clinical Officer

We are building the world's first AI-powered ADHD crisis intervention platform and portable ADHD Command Center at GetDOSE.app, and we need a clinical voice to help us do it right.

DOSE has four evidence‑based tools built from client ADHD coaching sessions: SPARK for cognitive restructuring in acute overwhelm, WAVE for emotional dysregulation, RSD Meter for Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria intervention, and POPCORN for racing thought capture. Prior to our initial product release in 2025 we built a strong list of waitlist signups, high invite‑to‑use conversion, and retention rates.

The frameworks are working. Now we need clinical validation to match.

Who We Are Looking For

A Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Psychiatrist (MD) in good standing with specialization in adult ADHD, ideally including emotional dysregulation and RSD. You should be fluent in CBT, DBT, or ACT frameworks and genuinely excited about the intersection of clinical care and digital mental health innovation.

This is not a checkbox role. We want someone who will engage with the product, challenge our assumptions, and help us build something clinically defensible at scale.
